Data we process

For a project inquiry we process company name, contact person, email address, optional contact and website details, selected requirements, your message and campaign parameters. Short-lived technical server logs are created for security and error analysis.

Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your inquiry and pre-contractual communication: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Security, abuse prevention and operational analysis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Optional product updates: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time.

Recipients and processors

Data is available only to people handling inquiries, operations or security, and to necessary hosting and email providers. We do not sell contact data. Further recipients are used only when required for a requested project and legally covered.

Retention

Project inquiries are normally retained for up to twelve months after the last contact. If a contract is formed, statutory and contractual retention periods apply. Marketing consent and the required evidence are retained until withdrawal.

Cookies and measurement

The public website uses only a language preference. We currently use no advertising tracking cookies. Campaign parameters are stored only when submitted with a voluntary project inquiry.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Requirement to provide data

Required fields are necessary to identify and answer your inquiry. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
